This house was built of standing tongue and groove 1.75” pine slats pinned in a dovetail corner
The interior had no studs, rafter ties or bearing walls and sat on a scabbed together footing
Our crew installed exterior gussets to keep the corners from folding
An exterior masonry fireplace, which was added, weighed nearly as much as the home and was move with it
The team moved the house, drove the deep foundation piling system and set the house above the base flood elevation
Our staff handled all township permits, pilings and masonry foundation work
